A Sony representative has confirmed to Yahoo Games that all PS3 Units will come with a 60 GB HDD, with an option to upgrade.  It is still unclear if the option to upgrade will allow for a larger hard drive by itself, or making consumers purchase the 60 GB hard drive, and then in addition buying a larger hard drive.
